The Project RE:LOVE Swatch Bag is created entirely from new offcuts saved from our hemming process. Instead of discarding them, we stitch them into functional patchwork totes that carry the DNA of Iron Heart’s toughest fabrics.

Every bag is handmade in Gosport, England, using the same vintage machines we rely on daily: Union Special for chain stitching, Singer darner and flat stitcher for reinforcement, and a 5-thread overlocker set to Iron Heart Japan specs. Straps are triple-stitched and the opening is secured with heavy-duty Iron Heart copper snaps for strength and longevity.

This particular bag is made from a selection of never been worn medium and heavyweight Iron Heart indigo denim, lined with a 9oz grey ombré check flannel sourced from the original Iron Heart sample swatches.
